No. FogCert works alongside what you already use — Jobber, HouseCall Pro, Workiz, or whatever you're running. It handles the compliance and certificate layer that those tools don't have. If you want to consolidate, FogCert can handle scheduling and customer management too.
Does the driver need to download an app?
No app store download required. FogCert works as a progressive web app on any phone or tablet — iPhone, Android, whatever your drivers carry. They can add it to their home screen for a native app experience.
How does the certificate get to the restaurant?
The moment a driver marks a service complete, FogCert generates a professional PDF Certificate of Service and emails it to the restaurant's contact automatically. Zero manual steps. The restaurant also gets a link to their portal where every certificate is stored permanently.
What pretreatment report formats do you support?
We currently support state-specific templates for California, Texas, Florida, New York, and Illinois. We're adding more states based on customer demand — if you need a specific jurisdiction, let us know and we'll prioritize it.
Can franchise operators use FogCert?
Yes. Multi-location restaurant groups and franchise compliance coordinators can access a dashboard showing compliance status across all their locations, regardless of which service company handles each one. This is available as an add-on.
Are all features available on every plan?
Yes! Every plan includes every feature — certificates, compliance calendar, scheduling, pretreatment reports, invoicing, analytics, and the restaurant portal. Plans differ only by how many drivers and customer locations you can manage.
